This place was incredible. The place was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished with all the amenities you require and more. The location is perfect, views were spectacular, close proximity to everything, short walk to Henry Centre.Janelle was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.Exceeded expectations!

Perfect Beach Pad

The perfect place for a beach vacation. Would easily come back and stay again, and again. Beautiful spacious beach house that has everything you need. Fantastic location both for walking to shops and restaurants but most importantly, right on a stunning classic Aussie Beach. Janelle was easy, communicative and great to work with the process. 5 star stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for our family to enjoy the views and relax by the beach. Didnt want to leave the lounge overlooking the sea and serenaded at night by the sea was a delight! Thank you and we will be back :)

Bronagh, Sally and Alice at Elite accommodation were an absolute pleasure to deal with, professionally managed and every question we had was answered immediately. Sea gem on Henley Beach is a superb beach house, great accommodation, well furnished and spotlessly clean. All appliances worked and the house was well equipped and just a superb rental. The location on the beach, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets was just ideal. A 5 star holiday rental by a 5 star management team at Elite. The Home won’t disappoint!!!

Staying at the Sea Gem is just the loveliest experience!! It’s our second stay. The location is one of the best parts of the property. People watching is amazing! Walking to Henley Square and Foodland is so convenient. Walking to breakfast is so easy. The upgrades made on the house are also just so lovely. Our kids loved the home. We will be booking again and we thank the owners for accommodating our needs.
